When is the date of application announced?

Answer: The number of students to be acceptedfor postgraduate programs and the required qualifications are announced beforethe beginning of every semester as decided by the institute council inaccordance with the institute division academic council’s recommendation andafter the Senate. In this announcement; application dates, applicationconditions, the places and dates the candidates will be interviewed are stated.

Until when is my right to be enrolled inpostgraduate programs valid?

Answer: Those who are successful in entranceexams according to SIU Postgraduate Education Regulations and who have theirnames in the announcement made by institute managements, in accordance with thequota of the relevant educational program, has to sign in by delivering theinformation and documents asked from them to the managements within the timespecified. Those who didn’t enroll in within the time specified will lose theirrights for the mater.

 

Do I need to re-register every semester?

Answer: During the training and thesisprocesses, you should re-register for the classes you will take, using thestudent information system within the time specified in the academic calendar.
